Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

Heat-resistant conveyer belt is mainly applied for conveying high-temperature material such as sintering ore, heat coke, cement clinker and heat casting etc.

Ethylene-propylene-diene or butadiene styrene rubber is adopted for cover rubber and strength polyester canvas or cotton canvas as reinforcement layer of belt according to breakage appearance and difference heat resistance level.

Heat-resistant glass cloth can be added between cover rubber and frame layer to improve the life of belt. It can be made as ring belt according to customers' requirement.

Special features:
Excellent heat resistant and abrasion resistant cover rubber compound.
Recommended to protect conveyor belt from surface cracking and hardening by heat.
Specially heat-treated and dipped fabric to minimize carcass shrinkage by heat ageing.

HRT-1

HRT-1grade heat resistant belt is premium quality SBR rubber compound with very good abrasion resistance and heat resistance to handle hot materials up to 200º. This Grade belt is highly resistant to variety of heat applications and good service for iron ore, pellets, casting sand, coke and limestone etc.

100º~150º

HRT-2

HRT-2 grade is IIR (butyl rubber) hot belt compound features excellent heat resistance which is designed to carry hot loads materials with non-cracking property. This belt is most suitable for the materials such as cement products, limestone, clay, slag, etc.

150º~180º

HRT-3

HRT-3 grade are the highest quality conveyor belt available to maximum heat resistance. Cover rubber is specially formulated ERP(ethylene propylene rubber)to provide extreme heat resistance and ply adhesion for the applications to handle hot cement, clinker, phosphate, hot sintered ore and hot chemical, fertilizer, etc.
