Plate Link Conveyor Belt
Plate link conveyor belt, also called hinged steel belt, metal chain plate conveyor belts. They are a type of conveying device made of steel plates and hinge pins or connection rods. they provide a wide and absolutely flat surface. They have as well small turning radius.
This belt offers a perfect alignment when assembling lateral chains.
Its plates have holes to allow air circulation, especially useful for zigzag type ovens.

Chain edge options
With welded washer

It is the most common and economical style of finish to a chain edge belt. It comprises of a plate carried through the system by means of edge chains with carrier cross rods through both plate and edge chains. The cross rods are finished at the outside chains edges using a welded washer. |
With cotter pin & washer
 |
It is less economical, it allows the customer to replace the edge drive chains when the plate and rods are still serviceable. The assembly comprises of a central plate carried through the system by means of edge chains with carrier cross rods through both plate and edge chains. The cross rods are finished at the outside with a drilled hole to allow the fitment of a washer & cotter pin. |

Perforated plate link conveyor belt
Perforated plate is combined with continuously perforated chain plates, the holes on the surface supply excellent heat dissipation performance for conveying products, such as biscuits, breads and other hot products. Perforations allow the opening in the belt to vary from zero to very large.
Perforated plate conveyor belt can be made into different patterns. You can choose the suitable pattern to suit your application and detailed using conditions. The aperture of perforated holes can be customized according to your requirements.
