PTFE Conveyor Belt

PTFE conveyor belt, also known as teflon conveyor belt, high temperature conveyor belt.

PTFE conveyor belt is divided into teflon mesh belt and teflon plain cloth. The two are based on fiberglass cloth and coated with teflon resin to made of PTFE conveyor belt fabric.

Teflon plain cloth is distinguished by the thickness, the thinnest up to 0.08mm.

Teflon mesh belt is distinguished by the mesh size, there are 0.5 x 1 mm, 1 x 1 mm, 2 x 2.5mm, 4 x 4 mm, 10 x 10mm. According to the longitude and latitude difference, teflon mesh belt are divided into single weft and double weft.

Specification

PTFE conveyor belt continue teflon itself characteristic and it has the advantages of high temperature resistance (from low - 140℃ to high temperature of 260℃), corrosion resistance (for most chemicals and solvents are not affected), viscous resistance (of resin, paint, chemicals, such as almost all sticky things can easily remove).

Application

Teflon plain cloth is resistant to high temperature, table machine small friction coefficient, insulation good characteristics, it is widely used in microwave drying, binding machine, printing and dyeing machinery clothing.

It can be used in non woven machinery, textile, thermal bonding oven.

Teflon mesh belt features

1.For low temperature -196℃, high temperature of 350℃, with weather resistance, anti-aging.
