PTFE Tape

PTFE tape is well known as its smooth surface, non-sticky, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance and insulating properties. It is widely used in packaging, heat moulding, laminating, sealing and electrical industries etc. PTFE adhesive tape is enhanced by fiberglass fabric, which improved its tensile strength.It is reusable and easy to change.

Characteristic

1.High temperature resistance. It can work at -70—260℃ continuously.
2.Non-sticky. Its melting remnant is not stick to the heater.

Application

1.It can be used in hot sealing and cutting machine of food or drug plastic packaging industry and high speed thermal sealing machine.
2.It can be used on the surface of many kinds of machines such as laminating machine drying cylinder, guide roller, paper machine drying cylinder to prevent sticking.
3.It can be used on the face of many tools to prevent sticking to others and dyed or to reduce friction.
